- Adaptation of current design rules (e.g., AIPI/AIPS) from previous aircraft projects to create new design principles for high-voltage EWIS installations
- Support of the EWIS installation team in defining the physical interface assignment
- Review of the content of the IDD/IP interface documents provided by the system designers (SDR)
- Support of all device SDRs in reviewing the internal physical EWIS and ESN/MBN installation as well as first article inspection of CiA devices
- Creation of reports including all findings, tracking of measures, and documentation of deviations
- Validation and verification of EWIS requirements in DOORS as well as review of the corresponding requirements
- Conducting weekly supplier meetings including report generation, progress tracking, as well as identification of risks and opportunities
- Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering (at least Bachelor), engineering (at least Bachelor), or completed training with further training as a technician and relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Design Engineer or in the field of engineering
- Knowledge of the detailed functions in Catia V5
- Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing; German, French, or Spanish skills are an advantage
- Structured way of working, high sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently in dynamic and international teams
- Willingness for monthly business trips to Marignane (France) for approx. 2–3 days
