The company is currently enlarging its Technology Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors. As a Manager, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.  descrição da função/job description Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights; Problem solving and interpersonal skills; Ability to interact with professionals at all hierarchical levels; Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach; Professional responsibility, confidentiality and integrity; Efficient, innovative and team-oriented work environment; Presentation skills; Business acumen and commercial awareness.  requisitos/requirements Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study;   At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, mainly in a consulting environment; A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes; Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
