Cyber Risk Management Analyst - (Remote)

We are looking for a Cyber Risk Management Analyst with an analytical mindset, learning agility, and a consulting orientation to join our information security team. What will be your main challenge? Collaborating directly in evaluating our clients' security posture, identifying vulnerabilities, designing mitigation plans, and applying the concept of Security by Design to their digital assets.

Your key functions:

• Evaluate, analyze, and identify operational and cyber risks (existing and emerging).
• Execute security assessments based on frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Develop recommendations and mitigation plans to improve regulatory compliance.
• Participate in the review of IT architecture and infrastructure to ensure security controls from conception (Security by Design).
• Support audit processes, vendor assessments (Due Diligence), and continuity management.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and executive audiences.

What are we looking for in you? (Essential requirements):

Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications, or related field (Intern or Graduate).

Experience: 2 to 3 years in cybersecurity areas, IT risk management, systems auditing, or security consulting.

Technical knowledge:

• Solid fundamentals of the CIA triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability).
• Conceptual mastery of at least one regulatory or control framework (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, RMF).
• Basic networking, operating systems, and basic vulnerability analysis.

Soft skills: Excellent oral and written communication (in English), critical thinking, ability to react quickly to unforeseen events, organization, and a proactive attitude.

Desirable: Initial certifications (CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, eJPT, etc.). Basic knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure), Zero Trust architecture, or incident management. Advanced English level (C1).
