I am currently partnering with an established international private banking and wealth management institution in Singapore. They provide comprehensive financial and investment solutions across global markets.

Your tasks

• Partner closely with front-office trading desks to gather requirements, analyze trade workflows, and deliver technical solutions.
• Build, customize, and maintain core banking and trading platform features alongside internal Python services.
• Write and maintain automation scripts and test suites using languages such as Python and C#.
• Drive end-to-end SDLC and DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production support.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex production incidents across integrated capital markets platforms.
• Work collaboratively with regional and global engineering teams across APAC and Europe.

Requirements

• Strong practical software development background in at least one core language (such as Python, Java, C#, C++, or PL/SQL).
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate front-office user requests into technical deliverables.
• Keen interest in capital markets, trading desk workflows, and financial instruments.
• End-to-end ownership mindset across development, testing, release deployment, and operational maintenance.
• Bonus: Hands-on experience with platforms like Front Arena or Avaloq configuration/parameterization.
• Bonus: Exposure to CI/CD workflows and automated deployment tools within a financial services setting.
