About the company

Our client is the market leader in their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new Software Engineer Trading to join their team

Your tasks

Your role involves

• Partner directly with front office traders to capture day to day workflow requirements and convert commercial needs into technical solutions.
• Architect, enhance, and maintain core backend applications and automation scripts utilizing Python.
• Configure and support high-availability trading execution systems alongside PL/SQL-driven core banking platforms.
• Implement automated testing suites using C# and troubleshoot complex integration issues across multi-tier environments.
• Take complete ownership of the platform lifecycle, covering CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production maintenance.

Requirements

• Polyglot & Versatile Tech Stack: Handson daily mix of Python application engineering, C# test automation, and database-level optimization.
• Complete autonomy across the entire product lifecycle, from gathering requirements and coding to automated testing, CI/CD, and live deployment

As a successful applicant, you will have

• At least 3 years of programming expertise in at least one modern language (such as Python, Java, C++, C#, or PL/SQL), with solid debugging and maintenance capabilities.
• Exposure to capital markets, financial products and electronic trading operations will be highly preferred.
