about the company A regional bank with strong presence in the APAC market has an approved headcount to hire a Team Lead for Loan Operations team. about the job lead and manage a dedicated team overseeing credit documentation, account servicing, and private banking operations. direct daily credit administration, facility limit implementations, and loan transaction approvals

govern private banking operations including premium financing and specialized credit products

ensure strict adherence to internal control standards and regional regulatory requirements

establish operational procedures while coordinating with legal counsel and cross-border teams

lead operational transformation projects, including core system implementations and procedure streamlining

about the manager/team You’ll be leading a dynamic team with good teamwork and working culture. skills and experience Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Banking & Finance and Economics 

At least 12 years of experience in corporate banking credit control, documentation, administration and operations
