Oversee end-to-end recruitment process across diverse corporate and operational business portfolios

Utilize direct sourcing techniques to proactively identify and attract passive talent for professional positions

Manage high-volume recruitment administration and screening coordination for technical and operational roles

Partner with internal hiring managers to understand workforce demands and execute effective talent strategies

Maintain accurate candidate tracking and recruitment documentation within internal databases

skills and experience required. 5 - 8 years Proven talent acquisition experience covering both professional sourcing and operational recruitment coordination

Demonstrated background managing recruitment for technical or engineering business domains

Experience using modern enterprise applicant tracking systems

Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to commit to the full duration of the temporary maternity coverage period
