Your tasks

about the job. Drive end-to-end technical delivery and application enhancement for enterprise compliance platforms ensuring operational continuous improvement.

• Direct project scope impact analysis and construct comprehensive functional design specifications.
• Partner with functional business analysts to translate complex business needs into traceably defined technical specifications.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with development, infrastructure, and change management teams throughout design, build, and deployment cycles.
• Evaluate system testing outcomes during SIT and UAT to classify findings accurately as defects or change requests.
• Facilitate application deployments within DevOps environments while conducting technical knowledge sharing and best practice sessions.

Requirements

skills and experience required.

• Proven technical delivery experience supporting financial compliance and AML applications within a banking environment.
• Hands-on proficiency in database querying, scripting, and development using SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Unix shell scripting.
• Practical familiarity with automated CI/CD tools and change deployment platforms including Jenkins, Bitbucket, Control-M, or Aldon.
• Demonstrated history leading functional design workshops and collaborating effectively across multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Solid understanding of application design operational impacts and enterprise compliance system architecture.
