Supply & Inventory Planner (6-month contract)

about the company A leading global wines and spirits multinational expanding across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and APAC regional markets. about the job Responsible for managing end-to-end supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP alignment across Singapore domestic, regional wholesale, and duty-free channels.

Oversee inventory levels, calculate re-order quantities, and mitigate out-of-stock or excess inventory risks to meet target Days Forecast Cover across multiple markets.

Place purchase orders, track inbound shipments, resolve logistics discrepancies, and ensure accurate master data maintenance in ERP systems.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to support monthly S&OP meetings and streamline promotional supply plans.

Support digital transformation initiatives and process improvements utilizing planning tools such as JDE, Anaplan, and Product Cloud.

skills and experience required Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, with 3+ years of relevant experience in supply planning and inventory management. Tech-savvy with advanced Excel skills and proficiency in stock management/MRP systems
