Senior Supplier Quality Engineer (Semicon/Electrical)

Your tasks

• Act as the main liaison between Operations and suppliers for purchasing-related quality matters.
• Resolve supplier quality issues and review Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Lead supplier audits, evaluate performance and capabilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure purchased parts are approved and ready for production.
• Ensure supplier production capacity aligns with divisional requirements.
• Support global counterparts with internal processes, manufacturing lines, testing, documentation, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Quality or related Engineering/Science field.
• 5–8 years of experience in engineering, preferably in supplier quality or manufacturing.
• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF16949/ISO9001 is preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
• Experience with medium-complexity parts and suppliers with average quality systems; familiarity with semiconductor, PCB, and PCBA processes is a plus.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Lead and support PFMEA, DFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP and NPI
