Senior Project Manager (Fire/Smoke Control)

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee their complex project portfolio locally. The Role This is a senior-level monitoring and management position designed for a professional who excels at high-level execution, financial stewardship, and strategic timelines. Rather than daily hands-on site work, you will focus on the "big picture"—ensuring multi-million dollar projects remain compliant, efficient, and profitable. Key Scope: Strategic Execution: You will oversee the project lifecycle from scope definition to final handover, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous contractual and technical specifications.
Financial & P&L Management: A core responsibility involves managing procurement activities and monitoring budgets to ensure projects are executed within approved margins.
Timeline & Milestone Tracking: You will track performance against schedules, identify potential risks early, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays.
Leadership & Mentorship: You will provide high-level direction and support to project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of best practices.
Stakeholder Management: You will act as a primary point of contact for developers, architects, and government authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships.
Requirements Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering .
Experience: 6–8 years of experience in smoke control, fire alarms, HVAC, or building automation is highly preferred.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local Singapore regulations, safety standards (WSH), and industry practices.
Soft Skills: Proven leadership and the ability to manage multiple complex projects and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office for reporting; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM is essential for reviewing project documentation.
