• Spearhead the end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical enterprise security solutions, steering vision from initial user discovery to full-scale deployment.
• Champion agile execution across cross-functional engineering units, driving sprint ceremonies, managing product backlogs, and boosting delivery cadence.
• Define and monitor core product KPIs—including north star metrics—to steer data-informed decisions, prioritize feature pipelines, and articulate robust business cases.
• Engage deeply with diverse stakeholders and end users to transform complex operational and security demands into intuitive product requirements.
• Craft strategic product roadmaps and lead go-to-market initiatives while balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and rigorous compliance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of solid product management experience successfully launching enterprise software or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong background leading Scrum/Agile environments and day-to-day engineering collaboration utilizing platforms like JIRA and Confluence.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-tiered organizational environments; familiarity with public-sector or regulated governance structures is an advantage.
• Solid domain familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals (threat detection, zero trust, IAM, or cloud security) and an appetite for emerging AI-driven solutions.
• Exceptional strategic alignment, stakeholder communication, and design-thinking capabilities to distill user research into actionable feature roadmaps.
