Your tasks
about the job Manage end-to-end tender and RFQ execution to deliver competitive, accurate ocean freight pricing solutions under tight deadlines.
- Process RFQs and tenders by analysing customer specifications, preparing data, and coordinating across internal teams to ensure timely submissions.
- Conduct cost and selling price analyses to ensure rates are commercially viable and aligned with company goals.
- Maintain and update rate tariffs while assisting with the implementation of awarded customer tenders across internal systems.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers and leadership on RFQ strategy, rate negotiations, and dispute resolution
Requirements
skills and experience required
- Prior pricing or tender management experience within the NVOCC, freight forwarding, or ocean shipping industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with strong analytical skills and detail orientation under tight timelines.
