About the job

• Direct complex management, Business process reform, and IT/digital transformation consulting engagements across the ASEAN region
• Lead project delivery lifecycle, overseeing scope, timeline, quality, risk management, and multi-stakeholder governance.
• Own end-to-end operational and systems transformations, with a core focus on financial operations, trading platforms, and transaction systems.
• Spearhead client account management, drive business development initiatives, and cultivate new consulting advisory opportunities.
• Manage and mentor project teams while building consensus across diverse cross-functional leadership teams.

Requirements

Skills and experience required

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience , with consulting experience (manager and above)
• Strong experience in Financial Services, IT PMO, or Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
