Senior Architectural Executive (Retail)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Executive to drive projects from early concept through to successful on-site delivery. You will serve as the technical anchor for the design team, blending a passion for creative visual presentation with rigorous technical execution to ensure designs transition flawlessly into reality. Responsibilities Steer the creative and technical design phases for a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from broad masterplans to detailed architectural builds. Transform abstract concepts into immersive 3D models, integrating various architectural influences to deliver distinct, bespoke design solutions. Spearhead BIM model management and produce rigorous technical documentation, detailed drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Act as the lead coordinator alongside structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to guarantee seamless integration and protect the core design intent. Map out production timelines and navigate regulatory landscapes, actively managing all statutory submissions and compliance approvals. Drive on-site execution by attending regular inspections, resolving real-time technical conflicts, and thoroughly vetting contractor shop drawings and material samples. Coach junior team members on BIM workflows, drafting standards, and high-quality rendering techniques. Champion sustainable design practices and technical innovation to continually elevate the team's output. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture . Experience: 4 to 8 years of professional architectural practice, demonstrating a strong track record in technical documentation and full-cycle project delivery. Software Proficiency: Advanced command of Revit , AutoCAD, and industry-standard architectural visualization platforms. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, tender procedures, and active construction methodologies. Core Competencies: Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently manage technical tasks and align project stakeholders. Advantageous Background: Prior exposure to delivering projects within Southeast Asian or Middle Eastern markets.
