Sales Support (Order Processing & Shipping)

about the company A premier, US-listed global automotive technology and power-train solutions provider operating a strategic regional trading hub in Singapore. about the job Drive end-to-end sales order processing, customer claims resolution, and regional trade execution across Southeast Asia while collaborating closely with regional sales and Shanghai supply chain teams. Manage end-to-end sales order processing, billing execution, and customer master data in SAP to ensure timely order fulfilment across regional markets.

Act as the primary contact for external commercial clients and distributors to manage inquiries, process customer claims, and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues.

Coordinate outbound shipments, track regional logistics performance, and prepare key trade/shipping documentation (e.g., Form E / Form D, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes).

Liaise between local sales leadership and the regional headquarters team in Shanghai to align marketing initiatives, track sales performance, and coordinate local events.

skills and experience required 5+ years of customer service, sales operations, or order management experience within an MNC environment.

Hands-on proficiency in SAP order management processes and a strong track record of cross-border coordination across ASEAN/Greater China markets.
