This well recognised brand is recruiting a Production Manager to join their dynamic team. about the job Responsible for planning, organizing and controlling of all production-related activities Ensure operations adhere to operating procedures, quality and safety requirements Review the operation of plant equipments and systems constantly Monitor, report, develop and implement improvement programs Lead a team to maximize productivity Collaborate to improve process, performance and management efficiency Support and participate in the EHS programs Support the Continuous Improvement programs skills & experience required Master / Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing environment Chemical coating / Printing Ink manufacturing background will be a big plus
