Maintain a highly hands-on technical presence, dedicating the majority of your time to writing and reviewing production-grade code. Drive large-scale, cross-team engineering initiatives and mentor senior engineering talent through technical leadership. Own entire feature lifecycles, from refining complex business requirements to deployment, testing, and production support. Modernize daily workflows by leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate shipping cycles and boost code quality. Shape the technical roadmap for core domains including order management, checkout pipelines, pricing engines, and cloud-native services.

skills and requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale system initiatives. Proficient in at least one major language such as  TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, Go, or Python  (strong experience with  Node.js  backend development is highly advantageous). Deep expertise in building cloud-native applications on  AWS  and managing distributed systems architectures. Hands-on experience with core infrastructure and data tools such as  ECS, Kubernetes, MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch/OpenSearch . Advanced familiarity with AI-native development tools (e.g.,  GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code ) to optimize engineering efficiency
