Key responsibilities include: Overseeing end-to-end service coordination and equipment maintenance workflows to ensure key turnaround targets are consistently met. Managing inventory movement, return procedures, and logistics for specialized equipment, components, and tools. Analyzing operational data, tracking performance metrics, and generating reports to identify efficiency gaps and drive process enhancements. Liaising closely with cross-functional internal teams and external vendor partners to maintain seamless operations.

skills and experience required: Recognized Diploma or Degree in any discipline. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in service coordination, sales support operations, project tracking, or manufacturing logistics. Strong skills in MS Excel and Word. Experience working with enterprise platforms (such as SAP, ERP, or technical service software) is highly advantageous. Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and sound problem-solving abilities.
