Module Operations Director (Diffusion/Etch/Litho)

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Reporting Line: Reports directly to the Plant Director / General Manager
• Strategic Module Leadership: Directing module teams across one or multiple modules such as Photolithography, Etch, Thin Films, CMP, Diffusion, and Implantation.
• OEE & Throughput Optimization: Driving equipment utilization, cycle time reduction, line balancing, and preventative maintenance strategies in a 24/7 manufacturing facility.
• CapEx & OpEx Budget Governance: Managing multi-million-dollar operational and capital expenditure budgets, vendor SLAs, and tool expansion plans.
• Yield & Excursion Management: Collaborating with Process Integration, Yield, and QA teams to eliminate process excursions and equipment downtime.
• Talent Development: Mentoring section managers, module heads, and principal engineers to build a strong operational leadership pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
• Experience: 15+ years of semiconductor wafer fab experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Director/Senior Manager level).
