Their team is looking for a Loan Operations officer experienced in corporate loans including bilateral and syndicated loans. about the job Step into a pivotal position within credit operations where you will manage facility administration, documentation compliance, and transaction execution for corporate portfolios. Review legal documentation for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities to ensure alignment with credit approvals.

Analyze facility agreements to evaluate and authorize client drawdown and utilization requests.

Execute loan processing activities, including disbursements, rollovers, interest settlements, and trade instruments.

Collaborate with relationship management teams to resolve documentation matters and ensure compliant record-keeping.

Participate in system enhancement initiatives, user acceptance testing, and regulatory reporting requirements.

skills and experience Min 2-3 years in loan administration and credit operations/ documentation handling.

Knowledge of corporate loans, credit facility structures, and operational controls.
