Join a dynamic team as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant in MacPherson on a 2-year contract to drive capability building and leadership growth across the region. Partner with regional HR leaders and key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted annual learning roadmaps.

Design, develop, and deliver impactful soft-skills and blended learning programmes applying modern adult-learning principles.

Oversee regional learning operations, including vendor management, procurement processes, and budget tracking.

Leverage learning analytics and AI-enabled tools to evaluate programme outcomes and enhance participant experience.

Localize global leadership and high-potential talent development initiatives across the ASEAN region.

skills and experience required. Degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant L&D experience.

Proven track record in designing and facilitating soft-skills learning solutions within a large regional or matrixed environment.

Strong project management capabilities, with experience in vendor management, procurement, and budget oversight.

Familiarity with learning management systems, digital tools, and learning analytics to drive insights.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a willingness to travel within ASEAN as needed.
