Grow together with a fast growing company Team management responsibilities About the company Our client is the market leader in their industry.  As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring a new team to led their software engineering team here in their Headquarters in Singapore.    About the job Your role involves:  Spearhead the strategy, architecture, and complete delivery of AI-driven applications and workflow automation platforms. Act as a hands-on leader by actively writing production code, conducting technical design reviews, and mentoring a compact engineering squad. Collaborate closely with business users to identify automation opportunities and iterate on delivered solutions using operational feedback. Coordinate with internal business units and external technology vendors to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of new tools. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have: At least 7 years of software engineering experience, paired with a proven track record of guiding technical teams and managing complex delivery workstreams. Deep hands-on proficiency utilizing modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and cloud computing frameworks. Full stack experience will be highly preferred  Solid expertise in designing scalable architectures, establishing engineering standards, and executing rigorous technical reviews. Proven ability to engage directly with stakeholders to comprehend complex workflows and translate those business needs into viable technical solutions.
