• Lead the overarching architectural vision and design direction across multiple concurrent projects,from initial concept development through to final completion.
• Oversee comprehensive project management,coordinating multidisciplinary teams,managing technical documentation,and conducting rigorous quality design reviews.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary strategic lead for key project discussions and client engagements
• Direct all authority submissions,ensuring designs strictly comply with local building codes,safety regulations,and statutory approvals
• Drive resource planning,project budgeting,and the execution of delivery strategies to ensure successful,on-time project outcomes

Requirements

skills & experience required

• Hold a recognized Degree in Architecture and maintain an active, valid registration with the Board of Architects (BOA),Singapore.
• Min 10 years of years of progressive experience within architectural consultancy,supported by a proven track record of leadership in a senior capacity.
• Exhibit exceptional capabilities in architectural design,end-to-end project management,and high-level client-facing communication.
• Possess prior experience or a strong background in the successful delivery of rail infrastructure projects (highly preferred).
