Execute business process re-engineering (BPR) by analyzing existing workflows and designing strategic process improvements.

Serve as the PMO lead for large-scale IT and digital transformation (DX) projects, including enterprise system implementations.

Oversee comprehensive project life cycles, strictly managing schedules, deliverables, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

Drive consensus and facilitate seamless coordination among diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.

Develop new business proposals while actively managing and mentoring project team members.

Requirements Bachelor's degree alongside 10+ years of professional background, including managerial experience within a consulting firm, or 3+ years as a senior regional business leader.

Proven track record in structuring complex business issues and delivering actionable solutions.

Extensive experience navigating large-scale project management and stakeholder coordination in a global environment.

Business-level English proficiency is required to effectively operate across international teams.

(Plus point) Prior tenure at a top-tier consulting firm or deep expertise within the financial services sector, specifically regarding payment and trading systems.
