1 year contract  Immediate to start in Nov  Great Brand  about the company A leading organization providing strategic HR solutions and services across global business networks. about the job An exciting opportunity for a 1-year contract role as an HR Advisory Lead based near City Hall, driving core advisory operations and leading strategic HR initiatives. Lead, implement, and integrate core HR programs including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, Payroll, and Workforce Data.

Provide deep subject matter expertise on global process design, deployment, and ongoing contractual scope maintenance.

Direct and manage the advisory team, taking ownership of decisions, solving complex challenges, and driving continuous process improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align human resources strategies with broader business objectives and workforce planning.

Design and implement innovative agentic HR frameworks and monitor global industry best practices.

skills and experience required. Proven track record in HR advisory leadership, team management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.

Hands-on experience in agentic HR design, development, or implementation.

Strong proficiency in business requirements gathering and contract solution gap analysis.

Experience with enterprise human capital management systems such as SuccessFactors is preferred.

Background in business operating models is an advantage.
