Your tasks

about the job. An excellent opportunity for an automation specialist to build enterprise observability frameworks and automated operational workflows.

• Design, test, and maintain operational automation scripts and utility workflows to reduce manual interventions.
• Configure and optimize enterprise observability platforms to track application performance, logs, and system health.
• Refine monitoring thresholds, service alert views, and event analysis rules to eliminate false alarms.
• Perform in-depth technical troubleshooting for operational alerts, system failures, and integration issues.
• Ensure system onboarding aligns with corporate operational controls and monitoring standards.

Requirements

skills and experience required.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in enterprise monitoring, IT operations, or process automation.
• Strong scripting capability utilizing Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting languages.
• Practical exposure to monitoring and log analytics tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace, or ELK.
• Solid foundational knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, networking, and cloud concepts.
• Proven track record in analyzing operational event patterns and developing custom dashboards.
