The team is looking for a Director level, Operational Deputy Lead for their Loan Operations team. about the job.  Drive complex loan administration and middle-office operations, steering both local and offshore teams to ensure operational resilience and key transaction delivery. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of bilateral, syndicated, and private credit financing structures.

Lead and mentor multi-tiered operations teams, maintaining high service delivery standards and strong team accountability.

Validate complex multi-party calculations, fee structures, interest allocations, and asset transfers.

Enhance operational risk frameworks, maker-checker governance, and audit readiness across all business activities.

Spearhead continuous process improvements, system migration testing, and automated operational initiatives.

skills and experience required. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.

At least 12 in corporate loan servicing, trade settlements, or private credit middle-office management.

Strong leadership capabilities with established experience managing operational professionals.

Deep knowledge of credit documentation standards, debt financing instruments, and settlement systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to navigate stakeholder relationships effectively.
