Our client is an established MNC with over 30 years of experience who is a market leader within their industry. As part of their plan to invest in technology, they are now hiring an experienced IT Engineer to join their team.

About the job

• Manage end-to-end IT service operations by identifying, logging, and resolving technical incidents to minimize business downtime.
• Provide Level 2 technical support for onsite users, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues relating to M365
• Administer global desktop tools including endpoint security, remote management, email security, and mobile device provisioning.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 4 years of experience in M365 / O365. Proven track record in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Microsoft Intune, Sharepoint online is required for this role. Exposure to Microsoft Defender will be of added advantage.
