Business Analyst – Digital Transformation (1-year)

About the Company A prominent higher education institution modernizing its core platforms. About the Job Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define detailed academic process rules, workflows, and access controls.

Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end requirement traceability.

Perform fit-gap analysis to streamline business processes and eliminate unnecessary legacy workarounds.

Manage dual-platform co-existence, defining data ownership, interim workflows, and cutover requirements.

Design future-state processes and collaborate with UX designers on student and staff user journeys.

Support data migration by creating source-to-target mapping, data quality rules, and reconciliation criteria.

Develop test scenarios, lead UAT, and produce change management and training materials.

Define functional requirements for system integrations and manage scope through formal change control.

Skills and Requirements At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience.

Track record of delivering enterprise implementations or major change requests through to go-live.

Strong workshop facilitation skills and experience working with senior academic stakeholders.

Proficient in writing structured requirement documentation and working alongside technical teams on APIs and microservices.

Knowledge of cloud delivery (AWS), Singapore higher education reporting, or Agile certifications is a plus.

Strong scope management, stakeholder influence, and high attention to detail in defining business rules.
