Bid & Tendering Manager (LTA/MRT Projects)

Their projects are mainly for Civil Infrastructure about the job Lead a dedicated tendering team and oversee the complete bidding process for major civil engineering and infrastructure projects, from initial review to final submission. Drive cost estimation, budgeting, and pricing strategies. Conduct thorough reviews of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost breakdowns, and subcontractor quotations to ensure highly competitive bids. Analyze complex tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirements, commercial considerations, and potential contractual risks. Collaborate seamlessly with QS, Engineering, Procurement, and external stakeholders (consultants, subcontractors, suppliers) to gather precise technical and commercial data. Lead management reviews on pricing and submission strategies, manage post-tender clarifications and negotiations, and facilitate the project handover upon successful award. skills & experience required Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management Minimum 5 years of relevant tendering experience within the civil engineering or construction industry, including proven experience leading a team Prior experience managing tenders for Land Transport Authority (LTA) or large-scale public infrastructure projects is highly preferred. Deep knowledge of full-cycle tender preparation, cost estimation, BOQ review, and contract administration. Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software.
