Structure, execute, and conduct due diligence for limited and non-recourse project financing transactions. Lead financial modeling efforts, including scenario analyses and presentation of complex transaction models. Prepare credit applications, pitch decks, term sheets, and manage the internal credit approval process. Direct project due diligence by interfacing with external legal counsels, advisors, and risk management teams. Manage portfolio performance proactively while managing waivers, periodic reviews, and cross-departmental coordination.

skills and experience required. Around 5-10 years of relevant experience in executing structured finance/ project financing deals in the APAC region Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis and strong analytical evaluation skills. In-depth knowledge of credit, legal, tax, and lending frameworks relevant to structured finance.
