Known for their focus on sustainability, quality, and innovation, their Singapore regional hub drives sales growth across the Asia-Pacific region. about the job Designed for a driven mid-level commercial professional ready to step into regional territory ownership, this role offers direct mentorship and exposure across APAC markets. Reporting to the Sales Director APAC, you will manage key accounts and execute commercial growth strategies. Account Ownership: Build and nurture relationships with local and regional B2B accounts; identify new formulation and commercial opportunities. Client Engagement: Conduct regular customer visits and technical presentations (frequent regional travel across assigned markets) to negotiate long-term supply contracts. Commercial Strategy: Partner with Group Product Managers to manage product pricing, execute targeted sales campaigns, and oversee customer credit terms. Territory Management: Oversee regional budgets, maintain rolling contract forecasts, and manage customer master data using SAP/BW. about the manager/team You will join a stable, collaborative commercial team led by Sales Director who actively invests in mentoring and grooming talent for long-term career progression. The role offers strong operational support, including dedicated local Sales Assistants for order handling and global Product Managers, allowing you high autonomy to manage your territory effectively. skills and experience required 4 to 8 years of hands-on B2B sales or account management experience within Food Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or bio-based additives (ideal for candidates seeking a step-up) . Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business. Demonstrated stability and commitment in past roles; strong negotiation skills with an eager-to-learn mindset. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across assigned APAC markets.
