Human Resources (HR) Assistant (M/F)
Stop scrolling! YOU FOUND IT!!
Human contact, solving HR problems, and administrative management. Is that your thing?
Positioned at the heart of our client's logistics site, you are the guarantor of the relationship between the agency, the temporary employee, and the client in a 4-month CDD position, with a daytime work schedule.
To satisfy your clients and ensure irreproachable administrative management, your mission is to:
Manage the client relationship on a daily basis: you are the key interlocutor on site, you handle client requests with reactivity, and you ensure fluid and professional management of the daily email stream.
Drive KPIs & daily reporting: using IT tools, you rigorously follow key performance indicators (absenteeism, TO, etc.), you update dashboards, and above all, you control the data.
Embody the employer posture: you manage the social aspect for temporary workers, handle disciplinary files, and manage conflicts with equity and maturity.
Be in the field: endowed with a true sense of curiosity and excellent interpersonal skills, you are not afraid to go into direct contact with teams in the warehouse to seek information at the source.
Defuse tensions: you ensure a constant physical presence to resolve individual situations (payroll, mutual insurance, social questions), conduct mediations, and carry out interviews (return to work, performance monitoring).
Does this tempt you?
To make your life easier, we offer you:
