• Monitoring and controlling machine compliance in accordance with RD1215/97 and verifying that all new equipment meets legal requirements regarding occupational risk prevention.
• Reviewing the status of machine protections and maintenance for occupational safety.
• Generally promoting prevention within the company and its integration within the organization.
• Coordination, purchase, and distribution of work clothes and PPE to the Elche personnel.
• Coordination of Entrepreneurial Activities (CAE) of subcontracted companies in accordance with regulations.
• Application and control of the Self-Protection Plan.
• Coordination of the relationship with the External Prevention Service.
• Acting as a Preventive Resource, by issuing special Work Permits and ensuring the resolution of actions from the Preventive Activity Planning.
• Actively participating in the constant updating of the risk assessment for all workstations.
• Developing safe work instructions and providing safety training to personnel.
• Management of hazardous and non-hazardous waste with an approved company.

• Higher Technician in PRL with the 3 specialties: Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology.
• Good level of English (oral and written comprehension and expression) indispensable
• Knowledge of Spanish is an asset
• Knowledge of management tools for entrepreneurial coordination activities (CAE).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within prevention departments in companies in the industrial sector.
