As a Quality Control Department Employee, your main responsibilities include: Supervision and regular monitoring of crops in the field. Conducting receptions and quality control of raw materials at the reception points. Effective communication and cooperation with partners, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted flow of raw materials. Close cooperation with all involved departments of the company for the optimal coordination of receptions. Ability to undertake travel and movements within Greece for the needs of the role. Required Qualifications: For the position of Quality Control Department Employee, you need to possess: Degree from a School of Agriculture (University / TEI) or a related field (e.g., Food Technology). At least 1 year of proven experience in an industrial food processing environment. Good knowledge of the English language and computer use. Driver's license. Developed communication and negotiation skills. Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
