The main duties for the position of Mechanical Design Engineer are: Drafting and supervising high-level mechanical studies, with particular emphasis on hydraulic works (water supply, sewerage, storm water), as well as heating, air conditioning (HVAC/heat pumps) and fire protection systems Guiding and managing technical teams, collaborating with Senior PMs, monitoring and supporting the way projects are operated and coordinated Daily use of software required for the execution of the corresponding studies Occasional site visits to check the implementation of the studies Providing specialized technical support to customers and monitoring the progress of the studies Project costing Adherence to schedules and budget Required Qualifications: To meet the substantive requirements of the Mechanical Design Engineer position, you must possess the following: Degree in Mechanical Engineering Desirable postgraduate degree in a related field Very good knowledge of written and spoken English Excellent knowledge of computer use and AutoCad Note regarding Revit: Previous knowledge of Revit is not required.
