Tender Officer

A business, with a leading presence in the cleaning products, paper, and hygiene equipment industry, is seeking an active and organized professional to fill the position of Tender Officer. For the role of Tender Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Drafting, managing, and monitoring financial tenders to existing and new customers
• Communicating with customers and suppliers to collect necessary technical and financial data
• Entering and updating data in the company's system (ERP)
• Managing and monitoring orders in collaboration with the commercial department
• Providing back-office support to the sales and customer service departments

Essential Qualifications: For the role of Tender Officer, you will need:

• University/TEI/IEK degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in using ERP systems (e.g., SoftOne, Entersoft)
• Developed communication and negotiation skills
