The duties of the Project Manager will be: Guidance and coordination of the engineering team (preventive maintenance, construction of new stations, Η/Μ, back office) and equal distribution of requests. Direct daily communication with the client for request management and ensuring a high level of service. Drafting techno-economic offers, costing of electromechanical works, pre-measurements and measurements of installation materials. Market research, negotiation with suppliers, preparation of contracts and coordination/supervision of external partners. Drafting technical reports, monitoring the progress of multiple simultaneous projects and preparation of files. Required Qualifications: For the position of Project Manager, you should have: University/Technical Institute Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, ideally in building installations. Strong knowledge in costing. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Excellent knowledge of the English language. Ability to manage personnel, managerial perception and organizational spirit. Emphasis on detail and resilience in demanding work environments.
