As Production Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities will include: Overall monitoring, coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and the individual departments of the factory during the shift. Immediate intervention, problem-solving, and close cooperation with the maintenance department to restore faults in mechanical and electrical equipment. Responsible management, guidance, training, and empowerment of the shift personnel, as well as identifying training needs in cooperation with Management. Supervision of the operation of production equipment in the individual departments (wet area, crystallization, casting furnaces, processing units) and handling of warehouse materials. Strict implementation of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) rules and specifications, reporting near-miss accidents, and recording improvement suggestions. Ensuring uninterrupted communication between Management, the Management Systems Officer (MSO), and employees regarding quality and safety issues.
Required Qualifications: For the position of Production Shift Supervisor, you need to possess: University/Technical Institute degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position of responsibility in heavy industry or a production unit. Ability to work in a rotating shift system. Basic knowledge of the English language and good use of IT (MS Office / Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with production automation systems (SCADA, PLC) will be considered an additional qualification. Strong leadership and communication skills, composure in crisis management, and team spirit. Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates).
