Presales Engineer

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα: The Presales Engineer main responsibilities include: Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. Conducting product presentations, proof-of-concept trials, and demonstrations for prospective clients. Serving as a technical expert during the sales process, addressing technical inquiries and customer concerns. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their technical challenges and business needs.

The ideal candidate for the Presales Engineer position must possess the following: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field). Previous experience in a sales engineering, technical sales, or solution consulting role within the HVAC sector. In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and relevant technologies (hydronic and direct expansion / DX systems). Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills. Native/Fluent proficiency in Greek and full professional proficiency in English (with an emphasis on technical terminology).
