Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer

Your tasks

As a CI Engineer, your responsibilities will include

• Design and coordinate operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
• Facilitate daily management systems, tier meetings, visual boards, and shop-floor problem solving.
• Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM), time studies, line balancing, and OEE performance tracking.
• Establish, update, and maintain Standard Work and SOPs in collaboration with production teams.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) projects to optimize cost, quality, and productivity.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα For the CI Engineer position, you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience with Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, SMED, Root Cause Analysis).
• Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification will be considered an asset.
• 3-5 years of experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement within a production environment.
