Your tasks
As a School Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic learning environments for pupils and staff. These roles offer immediate placement with consistent weekly hours fitting morning or afternoon schedules.
- General Cleaning: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, and cleaning furniture across classrooms, offices, and hallways.
- Sanitation & Hygiene: Cleaning and disinfecting washrooms, toilets, touch-points, and communal spaces.
- Waste Disposal: Emptying bins, managing recycling, and ensuring refuse is cleared safely.
- Health & Safety: Handling cleaning products safely and keeping equipment tidy.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in schools, commercial settings, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Punctual, hard-working, and attentive to high standards of hygiene.
- DBS Check: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is essential for an immediate start (or willingness to process one).
