Randstad Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) for flexible, day-to-day and short-term supply cover across Leeds.

Your tasks

Requirements

Key requirements

• HLTA status (or equivalent level 4 qualification / recognised teaching qualification).
• Demonstrable UK classroom experience covering whole classes across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
• Confident behaviour management skills and the ability to maintain high engagement levels.
• Experience delivering tailored intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy.
• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to complete a new check through Randstad).
