Your tasks:

• Independent analysis and processing of customer complaints in the Automotive environment
• Application of common QM methods for root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5-Why, Is-IsNot, Fault-Tree)
• Creation and maintenance of 8D reports directly in the specific B2B portals of the large OEMs (including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW, Ford, Stellantis, Renault, Tesla) while observing the respective customer requirements
• Close coordination with internal departments as well as direct, professional communication with automobile manufacturers

What you bring with you:

• Completed training in the field of quality assurance
• Sound professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry
• Reliable knowledge of the 8D methodology as well as in analysis tools
• Routine in handling common Automotive customer portals and their specific requirements
• English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
