QA Specialist - 12 month ftc

£45-£55k annual salary (£22-£26 per hour) plus shift allowance pro rata Generally Monday-Friday 8am-4.30pm - will be asked to cover day and night shifts on occasion Harwell, Oxfordshire

Randstad are delighted to be working alongside a world-leading name in the pharmaceutical sector, who are recruiting for a QA Specialist to join their team based in their Harwell site. The ideal person will provide on-the-floor QA oversight to the manufacturing team.

Main Duties:

• Provide real-time support and monitoring in manufacturing suites to ensure strict GMP adherence.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to triage manufacturing deviations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Review batch records, SOPs, and alarms; manage material release and documentation control.
• Use your technical expertise to improve operational efficiency while ensuring safety and regulatory standards are met.

Skills/Experience:

• 3-5 years in a pharmaceutical or related GMP environment, and ideally a science-related degree.
• Hands-on experience within a GMP/GxP environment.
• Flexibility to cover both day and night shifts when needed.
