About the company

Make a Real Impact in Children's Services If you understand the 'why' behind complex behaviours and thrive in a supportive, trauma-informed setting, Randstad wants to hear from you. We partner with local authorities and private residential providers across South Wales to deliver bespoke care packages.

At Randstad, we believe exceptional social care starts with respecting our workforce. Rather than viewing care workers as contacts on our list, our specialist consultants advocate for your professional growth. We are the largest provider of childrens support workers in South Wales and work hand-in-hand with local authorities and top residential services to guarantee you work in environments where your specialist skill set makes an immediate, measurable difference.

  • Facilitating safe community integration and accompanying young people on outings.
  • Assisting with family supervisions and mother-and-baby care programmes.
  • Applying proactive behaviours support techniques to de-escalate challenging situations.

Requirements

  • Background in children's residential care, CAMHS, forensic care, or youth rehabilitation.
