We are recruiting across Care Homes, Homecare, and Supported Living settings in Argyll & Bute, the Western Isles, Orkney, and Shetland. Enjoy stable hours, competitive island rates, and fully supported travel and living arrangements. Pay & Benefits Hourly Rates: HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)

Senior Care Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)

Free Accommodation: Shared client-provided accommodation included for your full placement.

Travel Reimbursed: All ferry travel to and from the islands is covered by Randstad.

Contract Length: Flexible 12-week minimum commitment, with extensions up to 6 months available.

Time Off: Take up to 2 weeks of leave if extending past your initial 12 weeks.

Requirements Proven experience in a relevant care or support setting.

SSSC registration (or willingness to register).

Full right to work in the UK.

Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week deployment away from home.
