Quality Control Supervisor

At Randstad, we are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor to join the team of an important pharmaceutical laboratory located in the South Zone of CABA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analytical and documentary supervision of the Quality Control sector (Physicochemical).
  • Operate and supervise high-precision and complex analytical equipment (HPLC).
  • Actively participate in the development, adaptation, and validation of analytical techniques or methodologies.
  • Draft and update sector-specific procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage deviations, investigate out-of-specification results (OOS), and apply corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
  • Guarantee compliance with good laboratory practices and Data Integrity under high international standards (FDA level).
  • Maintain occasional contact in English with licensors abroad.
  • Supervise and comprehensively coordinate the tasks of the personnel in charge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Biochemist, Pharmacist, B.S. in Chemistry, or B.S. in Biotechnology (graduates or in the final stage of the degree).
  • Experience: Solid previous track record in pharmaceutical industry laboratories, focused on physicochemical control, HPLC handling, and analytical methodologies (mandatory).
  • Languages: Intermediate technical English level (ability to read and communicate with international interlocutors).
  • Key competencies: Autonomy, ability to respond to changes in priorities, dynamism, proactivity, and solid decision-making.

Hiring Conditions:

  • Location: CABA (South Zone).
  • Working day: On-site, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 h.
  • Hiring modality: Hiring through Randstad with excellent working conditions.
