We are looking for a Foreign Trade Administrator to join the team of an Important client. The main objective of the position is to comprehensively manage import and export operations, ensuring regulatory, banking, and operational compliance, working in close connection with Management and the production areas.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the complete cycle of purchases/imports and sales/exports (contact with suppliers, quotations, tracking, and documentation).
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate needs with the Production and Plant areas.
• Maintain a fluid relationship with banking entities (management of credit lines, foreign exchange settlement) and official organisms.
• Perform the accounting registration of operations in the Tango Gestión system.
• Prepare management reports, costs, and indicator analysis for Management.
• Stay updated on customs and exchange regulations (ARCA/BCRA).

Candidate profile:

• Education: Preferably an advanced student or graduate in International Trade, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related careers.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years in Comex management positions (indispensable).
• Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Tango Gestión system (or similar ERP) and financial/banking tools for Comex.
• Languages: Intermediate level of English and Portuguese (document reading and technical communication).
• Competencies: Proactivity, accounting rigor, negotiation capacity, and excellent internal/external communication.
